========================== Product Return Policy ==========================

[1]. Products will be accepted for return only if:

-- (1a) they are returned within 60 days from the invoice date.

-- (1b) they are returned in saleable condition as determined by Peterson Alignment Tools Co.

-- (1c) they are returned freight prepaid.

[2]. Returns will be accepted with prior approval only: an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be assigned by Peterson Alignment Tools Co.; and:

-- (2a) within 30 days of invoice date, credit or refunds will be issued.

-- (2b) within 31-60 days of invoice date, only CREDITS to the customer's account will be issued.

-- (2c) No returns will be accepted after 60 days of invoice date.

[3]. All returns for laser-based alignment kits are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Dial-based alignment kit returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

[4]. Special orders, discontinued products, and bulk orders are not returnable.
